The Washington State Department of Ecology (ECY) recently released a memo summarizing the results of two independent peer reviews of Budd Inlet and Capitol Lake modeling from 2008 – 2012. Cadmus Group and Portland State University reviewed Budd Inlet and Capitol Lake modeling from 2008 to 2011. Cadmus Group and HDR-HydroQual reviewed Budd Inlet and Capitol Lake modeling in 2012.
